How to make an iced latte
Cold and creamy. Ice and cold milk in the glass first, then the shots over the top.

How to make a iced latte
For tall glass (about 350ml), at balanced strength. Change the size or strength in the calculator above.
You need
- 18g finely ground coffee, for a double shot
- 188ml cold milk
- A handful of ice
Method
- Grind 18g of coffee into the basket, level it and tamp firmly.
- Pull the double shot and stop at 36g out. Aim for 25 to 30 seconds.
- Fill the glass with ice and pour in 188ml of cold milk.
- Pour the shot over the top and stir.
