How to make a batch brew
For 4 cups (1 litre), at balanced strength. Change the size or strength in the calculator above.
You need
- 59g ground coffee, medium, like beach sand
- 1L water, 92 to 96°C
Method
- Rinse the paper filter with hot water.
- Add 59g coffee and 1L water.
- Press start and let the machine run.
